If you are a business operating in the Tourism sector, we would like to hear from you. Please enter your details below and we will reply as soon as possible. Tourism Malaysia Customer Center welcomes your suggestions, comments or questions.
Focusing mainly on promoting citizens living along Asian Highways 2 & 18, by showcasing the services they provide to tourists, the newly planned TV series offers weekly prizes to 1st, 2nd & 3rd place winners submitting the most “interesting” promotional video. With 29 categories of tourism activities available as shown in the drop-down menu Image #1 here all residents have numerous opportunities to gain attention of tourists. This tourism marketing service is provided to local citizens registering into the website who also upload promotional videos, all free of cost. Financial transactions are between the tourists and citizens, where the tourists are assessed a small monthly “membership fee” to offset costs.
Steering Committees composed of business leaders capable of mobilizing large numbers of citizens are being solicited to help determine how to best reinvest profits to further the goals of the United Nations World Tourism Organization activities in Malaysia.
